Insurance is valid for 12 months.

The Insurance Certificate will be sent via email, make sure you insert the correct and valid email. Also make sure you check the spam or promotions folder.
  • Risks of physical loss and/or damage to the purchased product.
  • Guarantee of undelivered products (from the seller or the expedition).
  • Fraud from the seller.
    *Not all fraud cases can be covered, this needs to be validated and verified first by the Insurance team.
  • Premium of IDR. 2500 for transactions of IDR. 10,000 - IDR. 1,000,000
  • Premium IDR. 4,000 for transactions of IDR. 1,000,001 - IDR. 10,000,000
  • Buyer sends a claim request email to [email protected] with the following format:
    Subject email : iPaymu Insurance Claim
    Body Email :
    • iPaymu ID transaction.
    • Attachment E-policy certificate.
    • Receipt of payment.
    • Other supporting documents/evidence (evidence that can show that the purchased product did not arrive, lost or damaged).
  • iPaymu will forward the documents in point 1 to the insurance company.
  • The insurance company will do Verification and Loss Assessment. This process takes 21 - 60 working days.
  • After verification is complete, insurance claim payments will be made to the Customer within 14 working days.
  • The claim payment will be deducted by the Insurance administration fee of 5% of the covered value.
